Is this for auto or property?
The new program is for auto and specifically auto body shops.
For towing/roadside assistance providers, please refer to the Questx flyer and referral form.
What about property?
We do not have a contracted program for property, however, an updated List of Area Property Restoration Vendors is available on our agent portal and in the Resources section below.
How can an auto shop be added to the program?
When an auto shop is referred to us, via the DRP Referral Form, we will contact the shop to determine if it fits our customer service and repair quality expectations. If so, we will contract with the shop confirming our expectations and they will be added to the program.
What is the benefit of using a DRP shop?
In general, having a contract in place with a shop speeds up the approval process and a full warranty is provided on the repairs made for the duration the customer owns the vehicle.
Does a customer have to use a DRP or property vendor from the list?
No, this is a customer service option only. A customer can choose any shop/restoration vendor they prefer to work with.
Is there a list of currently approved DRPs?
Once the DRP list is compiled, it will be available on our agent portal.
Who is my point of contact for questions about the DRP?
Don Holland, Auto Physical Damage Supervisor or APD Supervisor, 503.769.3911 or via email dholland@unitedheritage.com
