We are now accepting submissions for the 2023 CID Deals of the Year! Winners will be announced at the CID Deals of the Year Dinner at Amarante's date to be announced.

We encourage you to submit an entry for any deal you feel is worthy of consideration. Size is not the only criteria. Deal complexity and special circumstances are also taken into account, so please submit anything you feel is a worthwhile transaction. 

Requirements for Submissions:

1. Only active, participating members in good standing of the New Haven Middlesex CID will be recognized.

2. Only transactions closed between 1-1-2023 through 12-31-2023 will be considered.

3. Transactions must be in the spirit of CID, meaning that they are co-operating, there was an opportunity to co-broke the deal and the property was offered to the market.

3. Members may submit for multiple categories and need to use separate entries for each transaction.

4. Maximum of 2 awards per member, but you may submit for as many awards as you want.

5. Criteria for excellence includes: complexity, dollar value and/or square footage or a combination, special circumstances and/or nearly insurmountable obstacles.

Community Service Award - The recipient of this award will also be included the NAR National Commercial Awards which honors accomplished REALTORS® in commercial real estate and will be recognized on the National Commercial Award Recipients page of NAR.realtor.

Rising Star Award

Criteria:

• Member of CID for less than 3 years.
• Transacted $2 million in gross sales volume (commercial sales and/or leases) per year
• Attendance & participation in CID meetings
• Completed at least one transaction w/another CID member
