Effective October 1, 2022, Mercy Care RBHA will officially transition into the new AHCCCS Complete Care-Regional Behavioral Health Agreement (ACC-RBHA) for the Central GSA. While this is an extension of the ACC contract, providers contracted in this line of business should continue to submit claims using the Mercy Care ACC-RBHA payor ID which is 33628. Claims submitted to the Mercy Care payor ID 86052 will be denied as out of network. The Mercy Care payor ID should continue to be used for all other Mercy Care lines of business.
Additionally, while we recommend and encourage electronic claims submission, for providers who are submitting mailed claims please note the mailing addresses are different:
