The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing is pleased to announce that on Nov. 13, 2020 the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) provided approval of Colorado's Section 1115 Substance Use Disorder (SUD) demonstration, titled "Expanding the Substance Use Disorder Continuum of Care." We have included Seema Verma's, CMS Administrator,letter of approval, expenditure authority and the Special Terms and Conditions for the demonstration.
