Authored by HCCI’s Dr. Thomas Cornwell, executive chairman, and Brianna Plencner, senior consultant and manager, Practice Development, the article focuses on how, as described by FPM, “interest in home-based primary care is growing as payments increase, technology improves, and the population ages.”
