We plan to share many of the stories we receive in a variety of ways, including in books, publications, and videos.

The May/June 2021 issue of the FPM Journal of the American Academy of Family Physicians features an important article on the growing interest in home-based primary care. Authored by HCCI’s Dr. Thomas Cornwell, executive chairman, and Brianna Plencner, senior consultant and manager, Practice Development, the article focuses on how, as described by FPM, “interest in home-based primary care is growing as payments increase, technology improves, and the population ages.”
