Feeling like an Innovation Undercover Agent?

We know that you are interested in innovation or why else would have you opened this email.   But, perhaps you are less than public about it.  We have our theories about why this may be the case - the most compelling is flat-out confusion about what to do, how to manage risk and how to design for success.

So, how do you reduce the confusion and gain some clarity (and confidence)?

Well, the short answer is, of course, there's no one secret. It takes a whole stairway of not-so-secret steps to get up out of the alley and on your way to constructing an innovative organization. Read "What Really Drives Innovation" for some specific steps you can take.

Our whole mission at New & Improved is to help you to create growth through innovation.  You may be an Innovation Undercover Agent for a while, but you'll have all the latest gadgets, gizmos and thinking to help you make some good moves.  Who knows, maybe someday soon you'll proudly don your Innovation Super Hero cape.  If not, that's okay too, secret agents are pretty powerful in their own right.
