An important development to pass along. This afternoon the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act passed the House of Representatives by a voice vote and was subsequently signed into law by the President.
Attached, please find a slide presentation which is a summary of the CARES Act provisions that are of particular interest to the public charter school community.
