GlobalMindED closes the equity gap by creating a capable, diverse talent pipeline through connections to role models, mentors, internships for low-income students, returning adults, First Gen to college and inclusive leaders who teach them, work with them and hire them.
Summary of STEM & Tech Sessions from the GlobalMindED 2022 Conference


The GlobalMindED Conference was full of transformative, activating conversations with incredible leaders across various sectors. Over three days we all gathered to share in our learning and personal development. To those who were unable to attend, we will be sharing the titles of sessions from various sectors represented at the Conference.

STEM and Tech field are constantly evolving and raising the bar of what is possible for humans to achieve. The various sessions at the Conference tackled challenging topics in these fields, leaving us inspired and empowered to make change.
Present in the sessions were inspiring leaders such as Paula Garcia Todd, Dr. Fay Cobb Payton, Dr. Karen Vignare, Tim Shephard, Natasha Herring, Terrill Glass, Dr. Liz Sweigart, Dr. Michael Torrence, Laura Gent, Mike Hess, Adam Fernandez, alongside students. "We need to become the loudest voice in the room. Let go of what we think education has to be. Some Industries don’t speak English all day but we hang onto that in our educational system. Expand our reach and pursue places within our communities as additional accredited locations. Bring services out to people."
