22-23 Participation Info

1. Complete online Parent & Student permissions for every sport you plan to participate in - this is also how the athletics department knows you want to participate & sends information. This does not mean you are required to play that(those) sports.
2. Fill out the following google form as well (coaches have access to view), to make sure your are included in program communication. Spanish English
3. Turn in WIAA Physical Cards. These are required before the first day of your first active sport.

• FREE physicals available 
• West HS 6/7 @ noon
• Cherokee MS TBA (week of 7/25)
