SUMMER 2018 NEWSLETTER

To see our nonprofit partners and professional advisors sharing the mission of Leave a Legacy, be sure to pick up the spring and summer editions of YRK magazine. A huge thank you to Bob Woods, Tammi Morris, Dawne Kramer, Bobbi Anne DeLeo, Kevin Smith, Mac Brillhart, and Dan McGarry, and their respective organizations and firms, for making these features possible. They turned out great and really capture the essence of Leave A Legacy!

We are also pleased to announce the recipients of Leave A Legacy's first event sponsorship awards. Through these awards, Leave A Legacy will be featured at:
  • Big Brothers Big Sisters Turtle Derby on August 26th at 2pm.
  • The York Symphony Orchestra's Holiday Pops Spectacular on November 24th at both the 2pm and 7:30pm shows.

We encourage you to show your support of these two partner agencies and their legacy giving efforts by attending their events.

The Marketing Committee continues to look for real donor stories to share with the community, see article and story submission link later in this newsletter, as well as partners interested in joining our committee efforts. Please contact Kendall Menzer and/or Jen Hitz with your interest and/or questions.

As always, thank you for your continued partnership with Leave A Legacy!

What's Your Story?

The Marketing Committee has created a simple form so that our non-profit partners and professional advisors alike can capture stories of legacy giving. The hope is to swap out stock photos/ads from LAL marketing materials and replace them with real stories of York County donors making a difference through legacy giving. Please use this link to submit a story."
