Summer 2019 Newsletter

Welcome to Fried & Bonder's summer newsletter! Now that Labor Day has come and gone and school is back in session, it's safe to say the season is basically over. Before we move onto college football, sweater weather, and (trigger warning) pumpkin spice lattes, we want to highlight some of the amazing things that happened at Fried & Bonder this summer.
New Team Member
In August Fried & Bonder welcomed Brooke Haws to the team! Brooke is a recent Kennesaw State graduate and joins Fried & Bonder as its Receptionist. Anytime you call or visit the firm she'll be the friendly voice ready to help!

Fried talks Bad Faith
Partner David Fried spoke at the 2019 GTLA Auto Torts Workshop at Sea Island. David spoke on his recent successful Court of Appeals Opinion related to preserving "bad faith" attorney's fees against dispositive motions. His presentation can be downloaded via the button below.
July: Fried & Bonder took a trip to SunTrust Park to cheer on the Braves! Did we win? Who knows! We do know we had a good time.

August: Partner Scott Bonder was in town from his home in San Francisco. So, of course, we had a party! Scott gathered a big group of his motorcycle riding buddies (did you know Scott was a biker?) at Lloyd's Restaurant & Lounge.
Starting this month, Fried & Bonder will begin sharing a favorite legal quote weekly. Have a quote you love? Share it with us by emailing them to:

" We must adjust to changing times and still hold to unchanging principles." - President Jimmy Carter
