Summer Heat and A/C
We can’t complain much about California weather - but when summer comes along and we get those heat waves, A/C repairs become the number one maintenance request. Most of the time, A/C issues can be avoided by simply checking to make sure your filters are clean or if they need to be replaced. Do this before the summer heatwave hits us and you will be happy and grateful that you won’t have to deal with a hot home for a long period of time.
