What's New with The Bots?

The Mission International Rescue Charities School for Girls (Fundación MIR School) in La Romana, Dominican Republic, has been inspiring girls to pursue STEM-robotics since 2018, when The Community Bots hosted its first training program there. Since then, we have returned multiple times to provide updated equipment and training, and we have greatly expanded our program.

In June 2025, we traveled to MIR, donating new LEGO equipment (SPIKE Prime) and iPads, while providing advanced STEM-robotics instruction for the girls and their teachers.
