Next week is National Teacher Appreciation Week and we're making some secret (shhhh) videos to show them how much we love them.
They are working extremely hard in these unprecedented times to totally reinvent their craft, so now more than ever they could use your videos saying "thank you!"

Please share your videos via Google Drive or similar (they won't travel well in plain email) ASAP to zupkez@kmsd.edu . Send an email if you need help sharing!

Your student's video can be a message to any teacher he/she has had at any point in their time at KM. Ten to 20 seconds is a perfect length, but longer is fine.

Thank you in advance, KM!

Update On Free Lunch Pick-Ups
To keep our families and staff safe during the spread of COVID-19, we are continuing to implement the following during meal-pickup:

1. When picking up meals, please hold up a sign to the passenger side (facing the school) indicating the following information:

  1. Last Name
  2. Number of Students
  3. Hot Or Cold

2. Meals will be delivered to the curb outside the vehicle. Someone can then step out of the vehicle to pick up the meal(s) from curb.

3. To help our Food Services staff prepare accurate meal counts, we ask families to complete a new meal survey each week. Here is the link for the week of May 4 .

Daily Hot-Meal Pick-up: (Monday, May 4 through Friday May 8)
Cold-Meal Pick-up (5 meals cover Mon-Fri) : Available for pick-up MONDAY ONLY

There will be daily hot meal pickup (Monday, May 4 - Friday, May 8) and cold meal pick-up will be Monday ONLY (5 meals covers Mon-Fri).

Note: a response receipt will be sent to your email.

4. If you are unable to make the 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. pick-up time, please contact our Nutrition Services Department.

Thank you for your patience and continued support during these unprecedented times.

High School Online Classes On As Scheduled, More To Come
Governor Evers' Safer at Home order requires all public school buildings to remain closed through June 30. Therefore, Summer Academy will not be able to start June 22, with the following exception: high school online classes will run as planned June 22-July 31. As a district, we are working on new Summer Academy options that will fall within the guidelines being provided by the state and the Badger Bounce Back program. Additional information will be provided in the coming weeks.

KM's learning schedule for the remainder
of the school year is set.

Thank you to the entire Kettle Moraine community - teachers, students, parents, support staff, admin - for coming together to make the most of our situation.

We will all get through this together!
