Enroll your child and boost his or her academic and social skills. The program is for kids entering kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades.
This five-week, full day program includes reading, science and art projects, field trips, yoga, fun and games. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided.
This summer program is being offered at no cost to qualified families by the
County of San Mateo through Measure A tax dollars. The program is supported by the
San Mateo County Libraries and
Building Educated Leaders for Life (BELL).

Summer Strings Program: Violin & Cello
M. H. Tobias Elementary School
725 Southgate Ave., Daly City
When: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
1:00-2:00 (returning) or 2:00-3:00 (beginners)
Dates: June 19 - July 21
Cost: $225 - 15 classes including a final concert during last class. Grades 3-8.
Jefferson Elementary School District and
Daly City Partnership are pleased to offer violin and cello lessons for the summer of 2017 at M. H. Tobias Elementary school. Beginning and returning students will meet three times a week, on Monday/Wednesday/Friday to learn to play the violin or cello and read music.
Instruction is provided by caring, professional musicians with over 30 years experience teaching young people. The school district provides instruments at no cost while enrolled in the program.
