Summer Update

All seasons begin with an anticipation for the traditions and holidays that follow and in my opinion, summer has the greatest of expectations. It is a season of MORE. Longer days and warmer nights allow for more outdoor revelry than the other seasons. We tend to get more sunshine, more swimming, be more active out in nature, travel and explore more, eat more fruit and the bounty of the season, feel more vibrant and more fit. 

As we move into late summer, I am anticipating more interesting things to come. This gift of spending this summer with my family has been so special and creative affording us more fun-filled family memories! Remember summer goes until September 22nd...

My sister, Libby, and I just got our media passes to Vegandale, North America’s largest vegan festival.

Saturday, August 23 at Philadelphia’s Navy Yard, Marine Parade Grounds. 

We are looking forward to sharing the music, art and especially the animal-free food from around the world at the event! 

Our coverage starts this Monday August 11th and 18th with a recap of the event on the 25th.
