Food Protection Manager Certification. Certification is valid for five years.
The cost of the training is $140 which includes the ServSafe

S.A.F.E. (Safety Awareness in the Food Environment) is a free 2-hour training that covers personal hygiene; cross-contamination; controlling time and temperature; and safe food handling. It’s a comprehensive introduction for new or seasonal employees and a valuable refresher for longtime staff! Trainings can be done right at your facility.
