You can't get more classic than a colonial. This traditional design features a steep 10:12 roof pitch suitable for heavy snow areas or simply those who enjoy the look of our historic American barns. The 14' - 6" plate height is roomy without being overwhelming, with a total barn height of about 25'. The two interior posts can even be removed for an additional $1,225 giving you a wide open space.

The barn dimensions are 24x36. The full 24x36 loft has 9' clearance below and a 4' knee wall in the loft. If you prefer a partial cathedral space with a 24x12 or 24x24 loft, that's no problem. The kit includes:
Architectural plans with engineered and wet-stamped plans (if needed) for any state
Mortise and tenon cut heavy timbers (8x8 full dimension rough cut eastern hemlock posts with 8x10 beams and more)
A timber stair kit
1x8 vertical shiplap pine siding
2x8 tongue & groove roof decking and loft flooring with decorative v-groove edge
Delivery to any site within 350 miles of CT is included, please call for a delivery price to other regions
Doors, windows and roofing material are not included (your asphalt shingles or metal roofing panels can be affixed directly to the tongue & groove roof decking). Siding is unstained, so you can make it any color you want
