Administrative Reviews and Site Reviews
Field Trips

Sponsors planning to provide meal service to children away from approved sites must submit to the department notification of any field trips that would affect the time and location of meal service using the form titled "Summer Nutrition Programs Field Trip Schedule". Notification must be made forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date of the field trip.

A site claiming meals on an unauthorized field trip will result in meals being disallowed.

Note: If meals are not being taken on the field trip and the main site is going to be closed, these dates must be removed from the site application.
