South
Darrell Daniels
Oki (Hello),
My Name is Darrell Daniels, and I am the Indigenous Youth Career Coach for the South region. This is my second summer with CAREERS and this position has been very rewarding so far. I enjoy engaging and participating with Indigenous youth and the communities across Southern Alberta.

I am originally from the Siksika Nation but currently reside in Lethbridge as I am approaching my final year of university, completing a Bachelor of Arts with a double-major in Indigenous Studies and Indigenous Governance at the University of Lethbridge. I enjoy golfing, baseball and hunting as well as travelling to Powwows with my family.

I am the grandson of 4 grandparents who are residential school survivors, all who take great pride in our Blackfoot culture. As a result, I am a true believer in reconciliation. This position has shown me that we can all work together in a positive atmosphere to make the future brighter for all youth in Alberta. I look forward to another amazing summer with CAREERS.
