Exhibition Overview:
All PAC Members (Exhibiting Artists, Arts Professionals, and Patrons) are invited to participate in a fun exhibition of smartphone photography this August in Dodge House Gallery. With the advent of smartphone cameras, everyone has access to the tools needed to make art. This show will celebrate the creative potential of these images. PAC Member Warren Jagger has generously volunteered to print the photographs for this show, which will be displayed in a freeform exhibition pinned to the walls of Dodge House Gallery in the month of August.

To Participate (Images are due by Friday, July 16 at 10AM):
  • Email a JPEG image of your work to [email protected]
  • (do NOT email your images to Michael.)
  • Image must be in JPEG (.JPG) format, or if using a newer iPhone, HEIC format files are also acceptable. Send the highest resolution (largest or actual size) available.
  • Image must be labeled with artist name (required) and title (optional)
  • eg: Smith_Jane_Landscape.JPG,
  • or Doe_John.JPG, or Picasso_Pablo.HEIC
  • Images are due by Friday, July 16 at 10:00am. Late images will not be printed.
  • Photographs will be printed at approximately 12” x 16” by Warren Jagger at no cost to the artists.

Exhibition Dates:
The exhibition will be on view for the month of August, 2021 in Dodge House Gallery. Gallery hours in August are typically weekdays 12-3pm, but these may change. The Art Club will promote this exhibition and publicly list gallery hours as we near the opening.

Eligibility:
This opportunity is open to all current Providence Art Members (no need to be an Exhibitor!), one submission per artist. No diptychs, triptychs, etc. This is to be a fundraiser for the Club with all proceeds from sales reverting to the gallery.

Sales:
All works will be offered unframed for $50 each as a fundraiser for the Club. All proceeds will go to the Art Club. By participating, artists acknowledge agreement to the terms of this exhibition.
