JANUARY 2024

Hi Farm-Based Educators!

Do you offer summer camp on your farm? Our Summer Camp Learning Community will start back up on Friday, January 19th at noon EST. Register here. We'll meet biweekly through March. This is a casual time to drop in with other farm camp operators. Participants will be invited to introduce themselves with the following prompts.

- Your name, location, scale of your camp (# of campers, # of weeks offered)

- What's working well in camp planning?

- What's a recent frustration or challenge?

- Share resources or discoveries that have been particularly helpful to you so far in planning?

This is a participant-driven space, with light facilitation. You're all the experts, and are welcome any time, even if you have to come late or leave early.

Sessions will not be recorded. We'll ask for volunteers each week to help update the running notes document. Use the KidsGardenCommunity forum thread to post additional questions and continue the conversation between sessions: https://community.kidsgardening.org/home/memberhome

Be well, and see you soon,
