Summer Camp Registration Opens March 1st!

Join Us for an Unforgettable Experience at Old Orchard Farm Summer Riding Camp!

Summer is almost here, and we are excited to welcome riders back for another season of Summer Riding Camp at Old Orchard Farm. Camp is a wonderful way for young equestrians to spend their days immersed in horses, fresh air, and hands on learning in a supportive and structured environment.

Our program is designed to meet riders where they are. Beginners build a strong, safe foundation in riding and horsemanship, while returning riders deepen their skills through a full week of focused, horse centred instruction. Campers ride daily and gain experience in grooming, tacking, horse care, and barn routines, helping them grow in both confidence and independence.

Each group is led by knowledgeable, enthusiastic counselors and supported by our counselors in training, who provide one on one assistance with catching, tacking, and guidance during lessons when needed.

We look forward to another summer of learning, progress, and unforgettable memories at the farm.

Please Read Before You Register ⬇

• Day Camp Registration will open March 1st at 9:00 AM EST. Any registration submitted before that time will be void.

• 2026 Camp weeks: July 13–17, July 20–24, August 3–7, August 10–14, August 17–21, August 24–28.

• Each of the 6 weeks will have room for 30 campers.

• Camp tends to fill up quickly (it has been known to sell out in under 24 hours), so register early to avoid disappointment.

• To reserve your camper’s space, please note:
• Full payment is required at registration. A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is included in full camp fees.
• Cancellation policies apply as outlined in the Parent & Camper Handbook.
• We encourage families to confirm camper availability (and transportation plans) before completing registration.

• If you are paying by credit card, you must fill out the payment form right away or it will time out. We are unable to send you a new payment link if this happens, so please have your payment method ready to go.

• If you are paying by e-transfer, please write which child and which week(s) you are paying for in the notes section. Please send e-transfers to payments@oldorchardfarm.ca as soon as you have completed your registration package.

• Once registration is full, we will post a new link where you can sign up to be placed on our cancellation wait list.

• Please print and retain a copy of your email confirmation, along with your credit card receipt and/or e-transfer receipt, for your records in case proof of payment is required in the future.

• We have combined all terms and conditions, and conduct and safety policies into one Parent & Camper Handbook. Please click the button below to read before registering.
