Get ready for a fun and safe adventure this spring & summer with the City of Fremont! The Recreation Services Division is offering Summer Camps for the 2021 season. Campers will participate in activities and outdoor play keeping your child engaged during the school breaks. 
EARLY BIRD SAVINGS
New to this year, early-bird discounts are now offered for Summer Camps to individuals that register before April 15. Use the discount codes at checkout to save $25 per week on select summer camps.

PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are now available to customers that register online before April 15. Divide your camp fees into 3 easy payments. Credit/Debit Cards only, must save and authorize Credit/Debit card for future transactions.
ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT | IN-PERSON CAMPS
Adventures @ Ardenwood
Spend some of your summer at Ardenwood Historic Farm - a screen-free environment! Learn art, games, and music from the places the Patterson's witnessed firsthand, from Chicago to India to China. Enjoy outdoor fun and hands-on learning, engage in activities like nature walks, science investigations, group games, creative dramatics and puppetry, art projects, and much more! Enjoy the present as we explore the past at Ardenwood Historic Farm.

Play-Well TEKnologies Camps
Join Play-Well TEKnologies for two(2) OR one (1) week of summer LEGO-building fun! Each week, students will explore STEM concepts through building theme-built projects.

  • STEM Challenge + Harry Potter with LEGO® Materials
  • Minecraft Engineering with LEGO® Materials

Tiny Tot Preschool - Summer Enrichment
Tiny Tots Children will grow and explore in a fun and enriching preschool experience through a curriculum of activities promoting social, emotional, and intellectual growth. In each class, children will participate in dramatics, motor movement, arts and crafts, and indoor/outdoor play. Children must be toilet-trained. Bring a snack to all classes. Parents do not participate in class. Instructor: Vicki Quddus

AQUATIC | IN-PERSON CAMPS
Aqua Camp
Aqua Camp pairs aquatic activities with games, and arts and crafts to keep your kids active and engaged this summer. Each week this summer will have a fun and exciting theme to go along with lunch, snack, and camp t-shirt. Trained lifeguards on duty at all times. Participants must be comfortable in the water. Life jackets will be provided, with a heavy emphasis on water safety. Lunch, Snack, and T-Shirt now included in the camp fee!

Junior Lifeguards
Get HANDS-ON experience as a Junior Lifeguard! Learn and practice basic lifeguard and first aid skills. Learn how to recognize potential hazards, prevent accidents, respond to emergencies, and aid in swim lessons. Participants successfully passing this class will be well on their way to becoming future lifeguards and are eligible to volunteer in the Water Safety Department at Aqua Adventure Waterpark.

Central Park Sports Jam
Central Park Sports Jam is the best way to spend your summer! Join your friends and our fun staff for outdoor sports skills camp including soccer, basketball, baseball/softball and much more-together with your favorite music! Groups split up by ages or skill.

Location: Central Park Cricket & Soccer Field
Tennis & All Ball Camp
Campers will learn to play tennis culminating in a friendly team competition on the last day of camp. This camp is run by City of Fremont instructors that have undergone extensive training based on the USTA National Player Development coaching philosophies and methodology. All players will be spaced according to safety protocols and spaced out with a maximum of 4 per court. Camp fee includes T-shirt.

Tennis & Aqua Adventure Camp
One week of tennis, one week at the Aqua Adventure Park! This camp was designed to give your child two different but equally fun experiences at the tennis center and water park! Please be aware that campers will be meeting at different locations for Week 1 and Week 2.

Junior Golf Camp
With years of experience in Junior Golf Camps, our instructors/assistants provide a fun atmosphere for learning golf swing fundamentals, sportsmanship, rules, and etiquette. By the end of camp, your child will know how to play golf safely with noticeable improvement.

TRADITIONAL | IN-PERSON CAMPS
Sunnyside
Meet new friends and discover the excitement at Sunnyside! Each week offers a new theme with action-packed games, dynamic arts & crafts, science experiments and cooking projects. Our highly trained staff brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to ensure a positive, fun and safe experience. Bring lunch with a morning and afternoon snack.
Ages: 5-6 & 7-9

Lakeside
Jam-packed with age-appropriate team building games, cooking projects, & arts and crafts, you don't want to miss this camp. This is the place where tweens come to get out of the house and have an amazing summer! Bring a lunch, morning and afternoon snack each day.

Art Explorers Camp
Treat your kids to an imaginative experience this Summer break inspiring creativity and building confidence in a small group setting. Through individual attention, instructors encourage self-expression, and teach art appreciation for different mediums and styles. Kids learn to use their hands, head, and heart working on individual projects such as painting, drawing, baking and decorating; and many other fun arts and crafts both indoor and outdoor.

Camp Re-Imagine
Camp Re-imagine offers kids a different theme each camp week that encourages their own self-expression and inner creativity. Kids will explore re-imaginable fun ways to be creative in a social-distanced outdoor environment. Kids will experience individual fun fitness and play, mindfulness in nature, skit writing, storytelling, dramatics, trivia games, arts and crafts, and drawing activities all done in a safe space surrounded by nature.

Fremont Recreation is looking to businesses and individuals to support our scholarship program to help provide youth in the community the needed emotional, social, and physical connection through summer camps and programs. 
 
 With your support 100% of your donation will be used for Fremont’s low-income families who need support to enroll their children in programs such as swim lessons, summer camps, enrichment classes, and more.
