Summer Cheerleading Classes

Krista Whiteman is beginning her second season as the Storm competition cheer team’s head coach. She has been a part of the coaching staff since the program started in 2020. Krista and her coaching partners strive to build a positive culture, confidence, and leadership within the team. She prides herself on collaborating with the team to create and achieve goals, leading to a customized program.

Pre-Season Cheer

Summer Cheerleading Classes

It is our 2nd season offering a Middle School Cheer program and are now introducing a summer pre-season session! This summer session will be for students interested in improving their cheer skills as they move through middle school and into high school. This is not required to join the regular season (September-February) but will be a great opportunity to practice your skills, learn a few routines that we will utilize during the regular season, and prepare you for the season ahead. This summer session is open to students entering 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th grade.

Mini Competition Cheer Camp

Join Chanhassen Competition Cheerleaders and coaches for Mini Comp Cheer Camp! Our team is excited to share our love for competition cheerleading! This camp is designed for the aspiring young athlete who wants to develop cheer skills in an exciting, creative, and fun atmosphere. Campers will learn individual cheer skills, partner stunts, spirit dance, and most importantly, teamwork! The best part? Students will get to cheer at Chanhassen High School during a home Football Game (TBD), the ultimate game day experience! Campers should come with a water bottle, snack, and a great attitude! We cannot wait to see your campers!! Sign up for both camps as new skills/routine will be taught at each camp!

Summer Cheerleading Classes

Skyhawks Sports Minnesota teaches life skills through sports. Skyhawks offers more than 1000 summer sports camps, school year programs, sports leagues and sports clinics throughout the greater Twin Cities area. Sports include baseball, basketball, cheerleading, flag football, golf, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, track and field, volleyball and multi-sport. In addition to sports skill building, children learn life skills in sportsmanship, respect, leadership, responsibility and teamwork.
