I hope you are all enjoying your summer! It has been a pleasure seeing some of you back in the club and, we are excited to see more of you in the months to follow.
During this time of constant change, we want to give you some reminders and updates in regards to classes and class schedules. Our summer options are:
LesMills On Demand (LMOD):
Many of you took advantage of the LMOD during the months we were closed. If you wish to continue your subscription, our partnership discount is $9.99 monthly (regular prices $14.99). There is no commitment period and you can cancel at any time.

LesMills Virtual Classes at the Club:
In addition to the Virtual Spin classes we offer, we have added Body Flow, Sh'Bam, Body Combat, and Body Pump to the group fitness room via screen and projector!

Since our class numbers are limited to meet the Covid guidelines (4 for Spin, 8 for Barre, and 5 for everything else), the LesMills virtual provides us with the opportunity to offer more classes throughout the day with smaller numbers. We have received great feedback so far, and look forward to hearing some more.
Live Instructor Classes at the Club:
We are doing a test run on "live classes." While we only have a handful of instructors willing to teach, the success rate will depend on how many members are comfortable with doing the class.
We will be making adjustments as needed so make sure you sign up for all classes before hand through our
under the schedule tab, or via the Mind Body App to confirm up-to-date schedule!
Unlike the "normal" days, instructors may teach to just one student if needed! So do not worry if you are the only person in class. That's a good time to get private instruction :)
Also, starting next week, 5:30pm Yoga will be on the outside deck (weather permitting).
Regarding Zooms classes:
Tracy and I have spent a lot of time chatting about live virtual classes via Zoom while considering the pros and cons. What we have found is the instructors are missing the interaction with you which also allows them to view the safety of your workout. So after lots of thoughts, we decided to drop this option for the rest of the summer.
We want you to know we heard you and are very sorry we could not make it work but will reconsider for the fall/winter.
