WELCOME TO CAMP!!
EPACT
Please fill out your EPACT health information for your child that was previously sent to the email that you registered your child with BEFORE camp starts. Your child will not be able to attend camp if these forms are not completed.
- Please upload pictures for any person who will be picking up your child to eliminate the need to check drivers licenses.
- Click on yes if your child will be taking medication at camp so you can print out the forms to have your Doctor sign and then upload them to epact.
FAQ
Please go to crystallakeparks.org and on the Home page and click on ET/Camp along the top blue colored section. Then click Summer Day Camp. You will find all the information regarding our camps by clicking on Parent Handbook and you will find the maps of Main Beach to guide you for drop off/pick up if you keep scrolling down the page. Near the bottom of the page, each camp is listed and you may click on the camps to find the calendars, newsletters and camp staff pictures and bios. You will receive all newsletters (even for sessions that you may not have signed up for) weekly to the email address that you used to register. Please read the newsletters as they have information about the field trips, daily activities, pick up changes, etc.
REFUNDS
We want to ensure that every camper has the opportunity to experience the joy and growth that our camp offers. Therefore, we kindly remind you that refunds for camp registration will be available until May 31. If your plans have changed, please notify us as soon as possible. This will allow us to extend the chance for others on the waitlist to join in on this enriching experience. Your timely communication is greatly appreciated and helps us create a vibrant community for all our campers.
