Summer Discovery Enrollment - Field Trip Locations

With just a couple weeks remaining in May, Summer Discovery is right around the corner! Summer Discovery will take place June 5 - June 30, Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Students in Kindergarten through 8th grade will have the opportunity to experience an integrated learning experience focused on Math, English, and Science investigations and design challenges throughout our Summer Discovery program. Students in 9th - 12th grade will take courses related to the credits they are working to attain.

If you have a student who will attend Summer Discovery in grades K-8, please complete this form. If you would like to register your child for Summer Discovery in grades 9-12, please contact a counselor at the high school.

Breakfast & Lunch

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for students K-12 at all sites free of charge.

Shuttle Bus

Middle and high school students have the opportunity to ride a bus from WOHE to either the middle school or high school and back. Departure from WOHE is 6:45 a.m. and arrival back to WOHE is 2:45 p.m.. If your student would like to ride the bus, please select this on the form.

Elementary students will have the opportunity to take field trips and have guest speakers visit them this summer related to the content being taught in school. This Summer's field trips include:

Last Day of School - Next Friday

Our last day of school is next Friday, May 26, 2023! It will be a half-day for students using the following dismissal schedule:

High School: 11:30 a.m.

Middle School: 11:30 a.m.

Intermediate Schools: 12:30 p.m.

Elementary Schools: 12:30 p.m.

After school TigerTALES will be available on the last day!

Titan Family Portal to Become LINQ Connect

On Tuesday May 23, our meal payments portal, TITAN Family Portal, will be upgraded to LINQ Connect. There’s no need to change your username and password. All your information and your account balance will be transferred to LINQ Connect.

Visit your app store and find “LINQ Connect” available in the Google Play Store now and the Apple App Store available soon to download the new app and enjoy these new features. Just log in with your existing username and password. If you use a browser, visit LINQConnect.com to log in.

Here are some exciting upgrades to enjoy:

• A simple, fresh look allowing better accessibility
• An interactive dashboard to view all family members in one profile
• A resource center to access help guides
• Streamlined menus to help you see more with fewer clicks

If you don’t currently use our online meal payments portal, LINQ Connect allows you to set up one-time or recurring payments for your student’s account. You can also view previous transactions, set spending limits, transfer funds between students, set low-balance notifications, and more.

District Office Summer Hours

The Willard Public Schools District Office hours will change for the Summer. Between May 30 and August 12, 2023, the District Office will be open Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and will be closed on Fridays!

2023-24 Willard Youth Camps & Clinics

The Willard Athletics coaching staff has released camp dates for interested Willard youth.

For a list and details of upcoming clinics and camps, click here. You do not need to be currently enrolled at Willard Public Schools to participate.

A friendly reminder that all camp fees are non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to Willard Schools. A this time all payments must be made separately at each camp on the day of registration.

Camps are listed with as much information as is currently available in order of camp dates. This document will be updated with more information as it becomes available, along with the registration form if required so check back for updates!
