7/29: District 65 Virtual Town Hall, 6-7:30pm
7/31: Learning Pathway Decision Deadline
8/27:  First Day of School
9/7: Labor Day - No School

Dear Haven Families,

While we await specific return-to-school information for our Haven middle school children, please take the time to participate in the D65 Virtual Town Hall this Wednesday (7/29). Meeting specifics are included immediately below - including how to submit questions ahead of time. You'll also find below information on the D65  "Return to School Pathway." Student decisions are DUE THIS FRIDAY (7/31).

We know this period of uncertainty is difficult for our rising 6th graders and their families who were not able to participate in the usual transition activities to learn more about the middle school experience. We will help in any way we can once we too learn more about specific plans for Haven.

While we wish we were in the midst of preparations for our annual back to school picnic instead of in this time of unknowns and social distancing, please know that we will continue to work to best serve our Haven community and welcome you to join us!

On behalf of the Haven PTA, I wish your family calm and peace as you navigate the coming weeks.

Kristin O'Connor
2020-2021 PTA President

Thank you to all who have donated to the PTA Equity Project Fund! We still need your help to ensure that we can continue to fund this effort and support our families. We know there are significant needs for our families who are experiencing homelessness and increasing needs for many of our families related to food insecurity.

If you are able, you may contribute to the fund HERE. Thank you in advance for your support!
