June in Brampton is loaded with fun events for all ages. Celebrate the unofficial kick-off to summer at the
Brampton Farmers’ Market Opening Day
on June 15. Come out between 7 am and 1 pm for live music by local performers, family activities, gardening tips, local produce and hand-made goods. The
Farmers’ Market
will continue every Saturday until October 12.

Based on public feedback and financial analysis, Brampton Council voted to stay in the Region of Peel. Due to
high costs,
the City said no to splitting from the Region. The province will make its decision this summer.
