Saturday 10am - 6pm /  Sunday 11am - 5pm
*13,000 attendance 
*Limited to 80 juried fine artists or fine crafters
*Friday, July 6th set up with volunteer help
*Juried event. No buy/sell or rented tables
*Beautiful tree lined outdoor University atmosphere
*Drive-up loading and unloading
*Free artist parking and locked overnight storage
*24/7 police beginning Friday, July 6
*Convenient restrooms, break area

*Cash awards in seven categories
*Free artist breakfast and low cost on-campus housing

*Newspaper insert containing the festival map and artist information
*Jury Fee: $30 
*Booth Fee: $100 for a 10' x 10' space, power available free.  

The Summer Festival of the Arts, located since 1999 on YSU's campus, is a celebration of the performing and visual arts. A juried art show featuring the works of local, regional and national artists, this event welcomes up to 80 artists yearly. 

Strong community support including p articipation and promotion by multiple University and community cultural and arts organizations adjacent to the Festival grounds, creating an entire weekend of activities. A full schedule of music, dance and theatrical performances throughout the festival grounds complements the art and attracts a diverse crowd. 

Final Application Deadline: June 8, 2018
Notification within 2 weeks of application - Rolling Jury from April to June 8th.
Booth fee due at time of notification
