EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING:
SUMMER FUN!
On July 6th, Kim Epifano taught EDT's 4th workshop with Oasis for Girls. Kim took the students on a walk to Intersection for the Arts where they investigated space, explored movement, and used visual mapping to document their personal journeys. After arriving at Intersection the students shared their writings, danced with body percussion, and reflected on their neighborhood observations through visual art. Kim was then on her way to her 36th year teaching "Eppa's Artful Adventures" with the Telluride Academy, Colorado.

Nicknamed "Chinatown's Museum" CHSA currently has on view a site-specific exhibition called We Are Bruce Lee: Under the Sky, One Family. This exhibition offers unique perspectives of Bruce beyond martial arts and acting—as a visionary, athlete, thinker, and unifier who fought discrimination by engaging with a multicultural society. This exhibit features original artifacts such as Bruce Lee's personal weight bench, personal letters and correspondence, and over 15 site-specific artworks by local contemporary artists.
