Alloy Training Success Story

My wife presented me with a 3 month Alloy & Small Group training package for Christmas. The level of intensity of the sessions was what I needed to get rid of the holiday pounds. The Alloy training is a great workout for the whole body. The combination of the cardio and strength training is challenging and pushing me to the next level. The Small Group sessions have also proven to be beneficial and has me working on muscles that I had not targeted before.
I have gotten to know new people through the Alloy training and the mutual encouragement towards our fitness goals has been uplifting. This comradery truly embodies the "Stronger Together" theme that we end the workouts with.
The trainers have done a great job with the workouts and constantly watch to ensure that we are performing the exercises correctly. The Alloy training has been a great addition to the fitness offerings of CBRC. The three different workouts per exercise opens the training up for all to experience the benefits of team training.

Thank you Morgan and team for another great job!
