The garage sale is scheduled for 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. We have listed a 4pm end time, and understand that many of you may choose to end sooner.

The Association has placed signs at the entrance of the community: “Community Garage Sale this Saturday 8AM-4PM”.

These signs are made visible for passing traffic to see.
Consider sharing a post on your personal social media and other area online platforms.

Please do not post any additional signs in the community.

Our Fall Garage Sale is set for Saturday, October 8 from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Sale items may only be displayed on the resident’s driveway, and in the garage. To prevent congestion and interference with street traffic and the pedestrian’s use of the sidewalk, sale items are not allowed on the street, sidewalk, and the driveway apron that is an extension to the sidewalk.
The Lucky Cow will be on-site at the Amenity Center. Stop by for your breakfast needs.
VS Treat Truck will be on-site at the Amenity Center at 1:00PM. Stop by for a cool snack.
