Gaining Members in Your Local Community

Do you need some new tips & scripts for reaching out to the community and local businesses to help gain new members? Join NIHCA with a savvy Systematic Approach webinar to find out how you can connect with local businesses in your area. This webinar will be under an hour and will walk you through steps and tools to reach new people. It’s easier to keep a member than to gain a new one…but, you never want to stop reaching potential new members.
Programming is the heartbeat of fitness facilities and community centers. We have put a lot of focus on programming over the last year because it is one of the top requests we receive from our NIHCA members. With summer approaching so quickly, we asked our members to send us a video with the programming they have prepared to offer this summer.

Heroic Fitness is evolving with the times and has re-invented their summer program for their youth athletes. This includes the athletes having access to an app on their phones to track their progress through the summer. Click on the picture below to hear the enthusiasm from Mal:

The NIHCA Spotlight offers a chance to win $100 for your club and an opportunity to cast some “Spotlight” on your amazing facility, your awesome staff and your dedicated members!

$100 JULY Spotlight Contest:
We try to come up with cool themes for our Spotlight Contests. We want to highlight you, the facility. So we are cranking up the heat with this contest! Show us how you beat the heat and keep your members cool through the hot summer months. Do you offer a water gun shoot out with the last dry person winning the game? Do you crank up the AC to a cool 64 degrees? Are members so hot that you have to wear shades as they walk in the doors? The summer heat is on:

Send us a video showing off your cool members or how you are keeping them cool.

$100 will be awarded to the NIHCA club with the best response.
