Engage in New Media Literacies and Digital Culture Classes and Research!

In this unique practicum and research opportunity, you will be mentored by a faculty member as you plan, teach, and evaluate an exciting three-day digital experience camp. You will learn about how children become digitally literate and digital citizens through authentic hands-on teaching with children and their families!

Masters Students : The associated courses satisfy the professional requirement on your degree plan or may be taken as an elective. Get a glimpse of the research process in action as you develop practical skills.

Doctoral Students : Become part of an exciting research project while satisfying an elective requirement on your degree plan. Engage in selected courses and be mentored in research processes potentially resulting in professional presentations and publications.

These hybrid classes meet during Summer 2. The practicum (Digital Days Summer Camp) will take place on 6/26, 6/27, and 6/28 from 1:30-5:30 on the TWU Campus.
