Summer Isn't Over Yet

August Newsletter

Hello, TRA Members! We hope this newsletter finds you still enjoying the summer weather and getting out to the course often! We know that the start of school seems to signal the end of summer, but we still have a lot of golf weather left.

A few reminders about upcoming events:

August 17th 10:00 a.m.: Three Couple Best Ball

August 24th 10:00 a.m.: Silos Outing

September 6th: Powertech Outing

September 21st: Chili Open Scramble (contact the TRA 487-3302 to sign up)

Fall Work Day

We are having a work day on September 8th. We are looking for help with tree trimming, hauling, landscaping, clean-up, bridge repairs, green aeration and pothole repairs in the driveway.

Volunteerism

The TRA wouldn't be where it is without our volunteers and we are thankful for all of you!

If you've been looking for a way to make a difference, consider running for the TRA Board in November. We will have 2 positions open. It is not too early to be thinking about this. Come to the next board meeting on September 10th at 6 p.m. to find out what the job entails.
