Join the City of Redwood City in celebrating Juneteenth through a variety of special programs throughout the month of June.
A special Visual Arts Display will explore artwork created by artists from the local Bay Area, and across America. Displays will be hosted at the Downtown Library, the Redwood Shores Branch Library, the Stanford Campus in Redwood City and online during the month of June. The San Mateo Historical Association will also host a special Juneteenth Art Exhibit focused on the art of local San Mateo County artists. The exhibit will be available in the San Mateo County History Museum Rotunda Mid-May through Mid-July. Also visit the library for a selection of materials on Juneteenth.
