On June 7th, over 70 beautiful souls gathered at WILDSEED for Flourish: A Gathering for Future Builders. This event united funders, cultural workers, movement leaders, and land stewards in a spirit of collaboration.
Attendees journeyed through the land, time-traveled through WILDSEED’s history and dreamed into our collective future, absorbed visual art, live performances and a sound bath, made sage hydrosol and herbal bath salts, and shared a delicious meal while hearing first hand stories of bold wealth redistribution. The gathering cultivated investment in a future where BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities are sovereign, resourced, and thriving.

As the earth flourishes, we’ve been busy tending to the heart of our sanctuary, making thoughtful improvements that breathe new life into our shared spaces.
Big thanks to Natasha for planting our three new perennial gardens! They are growing strong with echinacea, lemongrass, lemon balm, stevia, bee balm, tulsi holy basil, cornflowers, yarrow, rosemary, bachelor's buttons, aster, blue indigo, anise hyssop, columbine, coneflower, coreopsis, sunflowers, hardy fig tree, black currant, and elderberry.
Our beloved Sun House now shines brighter than ever, with new windows inviting in the light and helping us stay cozy and cool year-round. We replaced some of the front wall and repainted the Sun with a fresh coat of paint.

We’ve added a new window, a second layer of sheep’s wool insulation, and a wood stove to our Oasis, honoring the spirit of the yurt as a cozy and sacred portal for healing, gathering and ritual. This space now holds warmth in every season, just as it holds the prayers and intentions of our community.
The pond's waterfall now flows freely once again-a soothing song of renewal that sings throughout the land
