Dear SFHS Parents and Guardians, 

As the school year has now come to a close, I want to once again congratulate all of our students on their growth and accomplishments this year. In the classroom, on the stage, on the field, and through service, they have represented our school community with pride and excellence. 

As summer begins, I hope your family enjoys time to rest, recharge and reconnect. I also encourage students to stay engaged by exploring their interests and making the most of their time away from school. 

This is the first of three summer information emails, each designed to help you prepare for the 2026-2027 school year. We appreciate the time you take to review the information in the weeks ahead.

GPA and Honor Roll Reminder: The week of June 1, Honor Roll designation, GPA calculations, and transcripts are finalized in the mySFHS Parent-Student Portal. Please contact Dr. Kate Schulte at kschulte@sfhscollegeprep.org if you have any general questions or concerns regarding transcripts or report cards. Current students: Contact your teacher if you have any specific questions about your grade in a course. 

Main Office Summer Hours: Summer hours begin June 1. Summer Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and closed on Friday. Please note: Tuesday, May 26 through Thursday, June 11 the school building will close at 1:30 p.m. for construction.

To ensure a seamless transition to next school year, please take a moment to access the latest “Important Information” and “Required Action Items” in mySFHS within the Resource Board tiles.  

When logged into mySFHS, the Resource Board link is located below the blue bar at the top of the screen and contains several tiles with information. 

We will share two additional emails this summer (mid-June and mid-July) when new information is posted. Dates and content are subject to change.
