Congratulations
Kassandra Soto
|
|
Kassandra Soto, Community Action Team Case Manager at Chrysalis Health recently completed the Wraparound Facilitator Certification, a 24-hour training provided by LSF Health Systems' Training Academy. This training demonstrates proficiency in the 9 skill sets needed to master the Wraparound process with ongoing supervision.
Wraparound differs from many service delivery strategies, in that it provides a comprehensive, holistic, youth and family-driven way of responding when children or youth experience serious mental health or behavioral challenges. Wraparound puts the child or youth and family at the center. With support from a team of professionals and natural supports, the family is encouraged to provide ideas and perspectives about what they need and what will be helpful. Kassandra will move on to the advanced wraparound level to become a certified coach to help other members within her organization obtain certification as wraparound facilitators. Her passion and dedication to this model and the families she serves will make a tremendous impact in the State of Florida. Kassandra was recognized at the June Wraparound mini conference. Congratulations to her and the Chrysalis CAT Team!

that I completed the wraparound process successfully. I'm looking forward to continuing the wraparound process with each case I have and ensure the best service with all professional providers and natural support involved."
