It's starting to feel like summer, and for the first time in more than a year, we can celebrate the season. With vaccines now widely distributed, we’re leaving our homes, (finally) going on vacations, and returning to our offices. We’re together again.
As we prepare for what’s next, it’s important to remember the lessons learned during this unprecedented year. My Tip for the month is about keeping these lessons alive as we begin to get back to “normal” life.
Forward movement is a reoccurring theme here at TMG, thanks in no small part to our dedicated team who regularly pushes us toward progress and growth. We recently unveiled a new and improved TMG website that truly reflects our personality, company culture, work, and outstanding team. Within the past six months alone, our dedication to forward movement has enabled us to welcome two new employees, host successful virtual meetings for our clients, and continue to do community service throughout our region. We even had some fun together along the way! Check out photos from a recent company outing to one of our favorite local spots, Easthampton’s Captain Jack's Roadside Shack. (Their lobster rolls are rated best around…by none other than yours truly!)
I think our company's fundamental behavior about empowerment and encouragement resonates deeply as we shift into this new phase of post-pandemic life: “We empower our team members to learn, grow, and stretch their abilities.” It’s easy to have consistent forward movement when you continually challenge yourself and your teammates to grow. My hope as always, is that your association continues to evolve – if you’re stuck, remember, we’re here to help.
Good luck, work on your business, stay in touch!

Keeping Pandemic Lessons Top of Mind
After over a year of quarantine, we're all excited to put the past behind us. However, whether we like it or not, the impact of the pandemic has permanently changed how we work, how we learn, and how we communicate.
In this month's Ben's Tips, Ben reiterates how important it is for associations to incorporate the lessons learned from the pandemic into their trajectories as we all step into a maskless world.
