Important Step-Up Scholarship Reminder!

If your child is transferring from a Florida public school (including VPK), it is essential that the school has officially unenrolled your child from the Florida public school system.

Step Up for Students conducts enrollment verification with the public school system. If your child is still listed as enrolled in a public school, Step Up will not release your quarterly scholarship funding, and you will be responsible for paying that quarter's tuition.

If you have any questions or are unsure whether your child's public school enrollment has been properly withdrawn, please contact the previous school as soon as possible.

We are also looking for potential substitutes to train to run the lunchroom when our lunchroom coordinator is absent. If you are organized, work well with others, and would be interested in helping, please let Mr. Lantrip know. We would like to identify one or two parents who can serve in this role as needed.

EAL Volunteers Needed!

We are looking for volunteers to help with our K–5th grade Elementary Athletic League during the school year on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30–4:30 PM.

This is a great opportunity to encourage our students, help them build athletic skills, and make sports fun for our students.

NEW Lower School Clubs Interest Survey!

All Lower School Parents:

We are considering offering a Chess Club again, as well as a Running Club for lower school students.

Before making plans, we would like to know how many families may be interested. Please email Mr. Lantrip and let him know which club(s) your child may be interested in.

More information will be forthcoming if it's determined that there is enough interest to form these clubs. Thank you for your feedback!

Middle and High School students who wish to participate in fall sports, please notify your coach or Steve Boyer to make sure all of the necessary paperwork is turned in, and payment is remitted before practices begin.

Practices have already begun, so sign up ASAP if you haven't already!

All boys in grades 6 through 12 who are interested in playing soccer this winter, please reach out to Coach Bob Flaming.
