Encourage A Summer of Reading!

Help your child make the most of summer with the 44 North Credit Union Summer Reading Program!

Children ages 14 and under can earn a $10 deposit into their Star Saver account by reading 10 books between June 1 and August 31. Simply track the books on a reading log, have a parent or guardian sign it, and return it to any 44 North CU branch by September 4.



It's a fun way to keep young minds engaged, build lifelong reading habits, and earn a reward along the way.

Reading logs are available at any branch or can be downloaded online.

Free Summer Meals for Kids

When school is out, access to nutritious meals can become more challenging for many families.

Fortunately, free summer meal programs are available throughout Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties to help ensure children and teens have access to healthy meals all summer long!

These programs provide a valuable resource for families and help keep kids healthy, active, and ready to learn. Meal sites are available at participating locations across the region, making it easy to find an option near you.

Supporting Youth Through Sources of Strength Wellness Fair

44 North Credit Union was proud to be a sponsor of this year's Sources of Strength Wellness Fair, a successful community event focused on helping youth build resilience through positive support systems, trusted relationships, and healthy habits.



The event brought together families, community organizations, and local resources for a day of connection, learning, and fun. We are honored to support programs like Sources of Strength that empower young people, promote mental wellness, and help build stronger, healthier communities for future generations.

Hamilton Creek Fun Run!

At 44 North Credit Union, we love to support local schools and the students they serve. This spring, we donated water bottles for a local fun run, helping students stay hydrated while they enjoyed a day of activity, teamwork, and school spirit.

Caring for Our Community, One Trail at a Time

On May 30, members of the 44 North Credit Union team participated in a cleanup day along the Eagle Scout Trail. Regular volunteer efforts like these help keep our local outdoor spaces clean, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.



Taking care of the places where we live, work, and play is one of the many ways we invest in our communities. Thank you to everyone who helped make the trail a little brighter for the next visitor.

Celebrating Community at the Lebanon Strawberry Festival!

44 North Credit Union was proud to sponsor the 118th Annual Lebanon Strawberry Festival and be part of another wonderful celebration of community, tradition, and local pride.

The festival brought together families, friends, local organizations, and businesses for several days of entertainment, activities, and fun. From the parades and live performances to the carnival and fireworks, it was great to see so many people come together to celebrate all that makes our community special.



Thank you to the organizers, volunteers, and attendees who helped make this year's festival such a success. We are honored to support events that strengthen community connections and create lasting memories for generations to come.

June Shred Day & Safety Fair

This year's Shred Day and Sweet Home Safety Fair was a fun-filled morning of safety, education, and community connection at Sankey Park.

From games and raffles to bike education and family activities, there was something for everyone to enjoy. It was wonderful to see so many community members come out, connect with local organizations, and take advantage of valuable resources.

Lebanon 4th of July Freedom Festival

Celebrate Independence Day with an evening of music, community, and fireworks at Cheadle Lake Park! This July 4th, two beloved Lebanon traditions come together for one unforgettable celebration. From live music and local food vendors to a spectacular fireworks show over the lake, it's a chance to gather with friends, family, and neighbors and celebrate what makes our community special.

This year, The Oak's Alzheimer's Benefit Concert joins the celebration, bringing the community together for an important cause. A portion of the proceeds supports Alzheimer's research, awareness, and families impacted by the disease, making this event an opportunity to celebrate while giving back.

We believe strong communities are built through connection, shared experiences, and local traditions that create lasting memories for generations to come.

Summer Fun at the Linn County Fair!

Join us at the Linn County Fair, July 16-18! We're excited to be one of the sponsors of this beloved community tradition. Enjoy carnival rides, fair food, live entertainment, vendors, exhibits, animals, and family-friendly attractions all weekend long.

Saddle Up for the Sweet Home Rodeo!

Rodeo action, live music, food vendors, local shopping, and family activities are all part of this year's Sweet Home Rodeo on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

One of Sweet Home's favorite summer traditions, the event brings together community members of all ages for a day of western heritage, entertainment, and hometown fun. From the excitement of the rodeo arena to the Kidz Korner and vendor marketplace, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Colorful hot air balloons, local art, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities come together at the Northwest Art & Air Festival, returning to Timber-Linn Park August 28-30.

One of Albany's most anticipated summer events, the festival features balloon lift-offs, the popular Friday Night Glow, art and food vendors, a Family Zone, live performances, a car show, and more. Admission is free, making it a great way to enjoy a weekend of community fun and summer traditions.
