Upcoming Events
Research Grant RFP Submission Due August 25, 2020!

Information and the application form for the two $50,000, 2-year ACPMP Research Grants available here or on the NORD website.

ACPMP and NORD encourage all US and international researchers interested in studying one or more of these diseases to review the complete application guidelines detailed in the request for proposals.

Virtual Appendix Cancer Survivorship Symposium

The ACPMP Research Foundation will host a virtual Appendix Cancer Survivorship Symposium with Wake Forest Baptist Health, University of Chicago Medicine, and University of Utah Huntsman Cancer Institute on October 2, 2020 via Zoom. This event is free and open to all!

Although not all Appendix Cancer and PMP patients will require CRS/HIPEC, it is still recommended that all Appendix Cancer and PMP patients consult with a specialist before undergoing treatment.

ACPMP Partners with Wake Forest Organoid Research Center

The ACPMP Research Foundation is now a research partner of the Wake Forest Organoid Research Center (WFORCE). WFORCE is a joint effort between the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine and the Wake Forest Comprehensive Cancer Center and brings together researchers and clinicians, working side by side, to leverage the use of tissue organoid technology for the benefit of our patients.

Past Events
ACPMP's Appendix Cancer PMP Virtual Walk/Run Recap: June 20-21, 2020

Our first ever fully virtual walk/run this past Father's Day weekend in June raised over $90,000 for appendix cancer research and education which is truly incredible. We more than doubled the amount raised at last year’s event because of our amazing and generous supporters!

We had supporters from all across the US, Canada and even a team in Ireland! These are just a few of the awesome photos from teams and families that participated!


This event is held annually in memory of Dutch Culbertson, beloved father, husband and friend and has now raised nearly $500,000 for AC/PMP research and education over the past 14 years!
Second Annual Joe Gouin Memorial Classic Golf Outing Recap: August 1, 2020

The 2nd Annual Joe Gouin Memorial Classic was held on Saturday, August 1st, 2020 at Bedford Hills Golf Club in Temperance, MI and raised over $13,000 for ACPMP!

Thank you to all who supported, donated and participated in the 2nd Annual Joe Gouin Memorial Classic! This event has been held the past two years in memory of Joe, beloved husband, father and friend who is dearly missed. It's an awesome and fun event organized by amazing people and we are so grateful for their continued support.
