CALL TO ACTION - HTWF HAS FUNDS TO SHARE HT
YOU can Share HT, WE can HELP!
HTWF can support YOU with the Healing Touch Service project you have been thinking of! There is much need for HT in our communities; clinics of many types, health and wellness events, trauma due to a environmental disaster .....

We hope to fund 10 projects to GROW Healing Touch local or global.

2019 Diversity Pilot - Bringing HT to the Next Generation

Are you interested in introducing Healing Touch to the Next Generation?

Awesome! HTWF has launched this pilot and we are looking to fund 20 Healing Touch Introduction classes for at least 5 students under the age of 35 and receive a $50 stipend . This is available to students and practitioners that have taken Healing Touch level 4 and above.
Reach Out Initiative - Calling Healing Touch Instructors!

Do you have a passion to teach Healing Touch to a community that cannot afford it? Receive $500 to teach a level 1 class to a minimum of 6 students of an underserved community.
Did you know we have an HTPA Exhibitor Outreach fund?

You can receive up to $350 in assistance towards a Health and Wellness event to promote and grow YOU and Healing Touch?

GRANT UPDATES
Awarded - Level 1 class in the Netherlands
Verna Besselink HTCP/I has been awarded a grant to assist in teaching a Level 1 class the Netherlands! Verna is working with a local coordinator to teach 20 students in 2020.
Completed - Exhibitor Outreach Event
Southern IL Wellness Expo in Carterville IL
Congratulations to Pandora Taylor who was an exhibitor at this event on March 23rd. The event was attended by a cross section of 750 health care providers, business people and people interested in improving their health. Pandora had three requests for future presentations on Healing Touch from three organizations, 40 people stopped by her booth and learned of HT and 24 people received mini sessions. Pandora shared "I don't know if I can adequately explain the far reaching impact of this expo and the exposure".

HTWF is happy to be part of growing awareness of HT through the passion and commitment of our practitioners and the generous donations made to our HTPA fund to support Exhibitor Outreach events.
SERVICE SPOTLIGHT
Healing Touch Month ~ May
We receive wonderful reports of individual and group events held across the U.S.

  • 277 people experienced a mini Healing Touch session and lives have been changed from their experience!

  • 28 practitioners volunteered their time and Healing.

  • Held at a variety of facilities from: a Rehabilitation Center, VA Hospital, University Hospital, American Center, American Families Children's Hospital, a Senior Self-Care event and Chiropractic office!
Feedback from evaluation forms completed

Healing Touch clinic in Cincinnati Ohio: 13 sessions
  • 100% circled "Excellent" on how they would rate their overall experience
  • In a few words that described their experience "relaxing yet invigorating in areas that needed attention; rejuvenating; took away pain; feel more balanced; good sense of well being when done"

Heel 2 Heal Virtual Challenge
We will be having a 30 day Virtual Challenge, starting September 1 through October 1, 2019 . A great way to start moving, have fun all while supporting your favorite cause!

Join us in Cincinnati Ohio on October 28th for an evening of networking and learning.

Judy Morey RN, ND, BC-HN, ADS-T, CR-T, “The Barefoot Nurse” will be talking about Reflexology and Reflex therapies for personal self care... using the ears, hands and feet.

Albany NY HTPA Community Day
We are looking forward to attending our first Centration HTPA Community Day on November 16th in Albany NY. Amelia Vogler and John Westmoreland will deliver a day to remember, a day of coming together in celebration of where we are, where we have been, and where we are going!
