The Plum Creek Current

Summer 2022

Dear Stakeholders and Friends of Plum Creek,

This summer I will be moving on and helping a new Watershed Coordinator transition into the role. If you know anyone who may be interested, the job posting can be found here.

I am deeply grateful to have served as the Watershed Coordinator. I learned more than I could have ever imagined — and met so many kind, generous, and supportive folks along the way. Thank you all for working with me.

I believe the Plum Creek Watershed Partnership has a ton of momentum - and I know the new coordinator will continue to build on our work to implement the Watershed Protection Plan.

My last Steering Committee Meeting with you all will be on June 3rd.

If you would like to stay connected, I am on LinkedIn

With gratitude,

Christina

SEEKING VOLUNTEERS: Plum Creek Stewards of Texas Stream Team

Our citizen science water quality monitoring group is seeking volunteers to test sites throughout the Plum Creek Watershed on a monthly basis.

To become a certified monitor, a three-hour training is required. After training, the time commitment is about 1 to 2 hours per month.

Upcoming Training Events:
