Denver Recycles' Waste Sorting Game

Polish your waste sorting skills by playing Denver Recycles' Waste Sorting Game! The game includes four waste streams: a purple recycling cart, a green compost cart, a backyard compost bin, and a black trash cart. Game players make their way through five levels by correctly sorting materials into the proper waste streams. Sort materials correctly and win fun items to build your own digital park! This game has been designed for all ages and all levels of knowledge. (It even stumped members of the OWOW staff.)
Gutter Bins
In an effort to help create cleaner urban waterways, Frog Creek Partners has created Gutter Bins. Gutter Bins are devices that can be added to a storm drain to catch trash and debris before it reaches the water ways. The Water Connection has coordinated a pilot program for 12 Gutter bins that were installed in Denver on April 18th and 19th. (more info)
