What is Summer Pride?
Summer Pride is a summer strength and conditioning program for high school student-athletes to improve their fitness, strength, speed, agility, and endurance in preparation for upcoming sports seasons.
Summer Pride 2025 Details
Cost: $125 per student-athlete (plus fees)
Location: High School (1055 Edmond Rd NW, Piedmont, OK), Stout Field (917 Piedmont Rd N, Piedmont, OK 73078), Middle School (823 NW 2nd St, Piedmont, OK 73078)
Dates: June 9 - June 26, July 7 - July 24 (Monday-Thursday)
Mandatory OSSAA Dead Period: June 28 - July 6
HIGH SCHOOL TIMES
HS Football: 6-8 AM (Drop off at Stout Field, pick up at high school)
HS Softball: 8-9 AM (Drop off and pick up at high school)
HS XC: 9-10 AM (Drop off and pick up at high school)
HS Off Season: 10-11 AM (Drop off and pick up at high school)
HS Volleyball: 11AM-12 PM (Drop off and pick up at high school)
MIDDLE SCHOOL TIMES
Girls: 8-9 AM (Drop off and pick up at Middle School)
Boys: 9-10 AM (Drop off and pick up at Middle School)
DRESS CODE

Athletic clothes (t-shirt, shorts, no tank tops or belly shirts)

Athletic shoes (no crocs, hey dudes, slides, or slippers)
MISCELLANEOUS
- Campers will receive a t-shirt
- Skill sessions will be organized by sport coaches and not part of or included in summer pride. Contact the head coach for any skills related information.
