Meet Michelle Browning!

Michelle has been the Courier for the AHJ Regional Library for two years, keeping the wheels of the SCLENDS system turning smoothly. She travels across Allendale, Hampton, and Jasper counties, delivering books, connecting communities, and ensuring you receive the stories and resources you need. Thanks to Michelle's dedication, your favorite books are never too far away!

SC Plants the Seed
The AHJ Regional Library System is THRILLED to be part of the SC Plants the Seed (SCPTS) program! All three of our counties, Allendale, Hampton, and Jasper counties, are now part of this growing initiative. SCPTS is an incredible program that connects literacy and nutrition education with access to fresh, healthy food.

Goodbye Cloud Library.
Hello Libby!
We are excited to announce that all AHJ Regional Library cardholders will soon have access to Libby, our new digital platform for eBooks and audiobooks! Libby is available on iOS, Google Play, Desktops, AND Kindles. Please stay tuned to our website and Facebook page for the official launch date!
To accommodate the addition of Libby, AHJ Regional Library cardholders will no longer have access to Cloud Library effective July 8, 2025.
Please note that Hoopla service will remain available for all your digital content needs!

A Note from the Director: Kicking Off Summer at AHJ
Dear AHJ Community,
I am absolutely thrilled to introduce myself as the new Director of the Allendale-Hampton-Jasper Regional Library System. It is an honor to serve our incredible communities, and I am excited to begin this new chapter together.
There’s no better way to start than with one of my favorite library traditions—Summer Reading! Our 2025 Summer Reading Program officially launched on June 1st, and it’s already off to a fantastic start. Whether you're a child, teen, or adult, there are books to explore, prizes to win, and fun to be had. This year’s theme celebrates imagination, discovery, and connection—and we have a packed schedule of events across all three counties.
